When choosing a set of spearfishing or freediving fins, consider what thickness (if any) of socks you will be wearing with the fins. Often, the size of the foot pocket has accounted for the fact that you will be wearing a sock. Therefore, in most cases, the fin should be the same size as your shoe size.
