Introducing the new Start Point Smooth Skin jacket made from JAKO neoprene. Designed by Start Point Spearfishing to meet the needs of divers who require ultimate performance.

Made with the highest quality limestone-based neoprene, JAKO is soft, comfortable and warm to wear. The extra small cells within the neoprene core ensure minimum compressive shrinkage, maintaining smoothness and insulation properties at all depths.

The Smooth skin jacket creates far less drag underwater than a lined jacket, allowing the diver to move more efficiently when diving. The jacket will dry instantly when existing the water and the wind resistant material keeps you warm even in cold weather.

The neoprene is cut to perfectly match body anatomy resulting in the most comfortable fit and warmth for the spearfishing long days all year round.

Smooth Skin material is more delicate than a lined spearfishing jacket, so care must be taken when getting into and taking off the jacket, the Smooth Skin jacket must be wet on the outside when taking off.

Please Note:

Due to the nature of the open cell interior and smooth skin outer, it is important to wet the inside of the spearfishing wetsuit with a soapy solution to ensure ease of entry to the wetsuit. Equally, it is important to lube the outside of the spearfishing wetsuit when taking it off.
